Equipment available: glass lined reactors (20, 30, 250, 650 and 1000 gal) stainless steel reactors (3x50, 2x200, 250, 400, 2x500, 750, 3x1000, 1200 gal & 1000 gal autoclave), stainless steel centrifuges (26", 3x48", 60", 18"x24" Byrd continuous), distillation units (incl. Pfaudler 8.8 sq. ft wiped film evaporator; 10 sq. ft. Luwa thin film evaporator), two 40 cu. ft. dryers, vacuum, refrigeration (three 7-15 ton units, 100 ton cooling tower), analytical and lab development facilities. Equipment available at a second site: 450oF/150 psi stainless steel reactors (40, 500, 2000 gal) and standard stainless steel reactors (1200 and 2000 gal) with variable speed drives and very high shear agitation (up to 200,000 cps), analytical and lab development facilities.
